We troubleshoot and correct drainage problems as part of landscape work: regrading, downspout extensions, French drains, area drains, catch basins, and swales sized to Denver's storm events and soils. On persistent leaky-basement projects we coordinate with waterproofing contractors so the exterior fix supports the interior fix.
